Getting a Visa at a Glance
1. File your application online
2. Pay for your application online and PRINT ALL CONFIRMATIONS
3. Prepare all listed documents and mail them to the address below
4. Ask your local doctor which immunizations you will need. Yellow fever is mandatory, and malaria is HIGHLY recommended.

A Few IMPORTANT Notes:

1. You must file, and pay for your visa application online at www.immigration.gov.ng. This portion cannot be done by mail. Once on the site, you will click "Entry Visa Application Form" The type of visa you will need is a Tourism visa.

2. You must PRINT and submit all application/payment confirmation pages. If you don't do this, your entire application will be returned to you and a visa will not be issued.

3. The address we will be staying at, in Nigeria, is listed on your invitation letter.

Make sure you include the following items in the package you send:

ORIGINAL passport (at least 6 months to expiration… cannot send a copy)
Money Order for $20 (Processing Fee), made out to The Consulate of Nigeria
Letter of Invitation (We will supply)
Copy of international flight ticket showing round trip flight
Copy of passports for Mr. and Mrs. Agetue (We will supply)
Self-addressed, postage paid FedEx return envelope. DO NOT use regular envelope/stamp.
Confirmation of payment of $112
Two recent passport Polaroids showing full-face with white background. (take at most shipping stores… i.e. Kinkos)
*You will need a yellow fever card (called the Yellow Card), but you don't need to send it in with your Visa application. The yellow card will be presented once you enter Nigeria
